#BookSnaps as Reading Logs

Tara Martin @R.E.A.L. has come up with a great idea to inspire students in their reading. Most of the students nowadays are on SnapChat, where they can take photos and annotate them with Bitmojis, colourful texts and pictures. When they take a photo of a book cover or any other book page and annotate it with their ideas and thoughts, it becomes a #BookSnap. These can then be collected into a PowerPoint or a Google Slides presentation. If the students do not want to use SnapChat, there are other ways of making #BookSnaps.
