Christmas Time is Here

In the world of WebEnglish.se, Christmas time starts on the first Sunday of Advent. The crumbles of Thanksgiving Dinner have been swept away and all the children’s bright eyes are glittering in candlelight, waiting for the opening of the WebEnglish.se all new Advent Calendar, each day from December 1st until Christmas Eve (except on Sundays, in year 1-2 even Saturdays exempted). Saturday links are longer, meant for students to open at home.
Beginner and Elementary teachers find loads of materials in Best of Christmas 1-6 whereas Intermediate level teachers can rummage through Best of Christmas 6-9. These pages may look the same as last year, but all links have been checked and quite a few have been added.
The all-time favourite Christmas Story, A Christmas Carol has received the honour it deserves by a whole page of its own, including various activities to practise English from lower intermediate level and up.
