WebEnglish.se was down last Sunday, Sept 4, for several hours due to some support activities. We regret the bad choice of day as many teachers use Sundays to plan their forthcoming week. Consequently, we have now agreed on a Support Policy that will leave Sundays free from any risk of downtime. We feel convinced that our visitors understand that a thriving, constantly growing website needs some fixing and tuning now and then, but we promise that all future technical support activities will be scheduled for Saturdays, as this seems to be the day when the least number of teachers search our services. Secondly, we will try to warn about any planned support activities that may cause some downtime on the WebEnglish.se facebook page. We apologise for the frustration that was caused by the downtime and will do our level best it won’t happen again. I would also like to plead to you all that if ever you find anything wrong with the site, please let us know! The site has grown too big for me to be aware of every broken link all the time.
