The 4th Friday of September is Native American Day, dedicated to celebrating the honour of all Native Americans, who have had to give up their homelands and change their ways of life for the benefit of the white people that invaded the Americas. There are various videos as well as reading and listening materials, from a couple of minutes’ warm-ups to several weeks’ projects. Especially at this time of political tension on immigration, it is highly recommended that you spend some time with your students on this issue.
